A ManyChat alternative with unlimited contacts

If your priority is publishing content and sending a resource link when someone comments a keyword, Wavos combines those jobs with no contact-count charges. Pro includes two social accounts and 100 AI content creation credits: $5/month for the first 25 customers, or $29/month regularly, billed monthly. Unlimited contacts does not mean unlimited AI creation credits or exemption from Instagram’s messaging rules.

ManyChat remains a different fit for advanced messaging funnels, tags, team inbox workflows, and multi-channel conversations. Its newer paid plans include an Active Contact allowance and charge overages beyond it. Pricing caveats

  • Prices shown are in USD. ManyChat lists regional availability, billing-country differences, and taxes separately. Check your actual checkout before purchasing.
  • ManyChat figures above describe its newer pricing model introduced March 2, 2026. Existing or legacy accounts may have different plans; consult your own billing screen.
  • A ManyChat Active Contact is someone who interacts during the billing month, not every follower or every stored contact. Repeated interactions from the same person in that month generally count once.
  • ManyChat lets you set an Active Contact overage threshold. At that threshold, automations continue only for contacts already active in the billing cycle. Higher-tier plans can have lower overage rates; the selected creator plans are not necessarily the lowest-cost option at high volume.
  • The allowances differ: social accounts, content creation credits, messaging channels, and Active Contacts are not interchangeable. The Wavos launch price is lower than the listed paid ManyChat plans, but regular Wavos pricing is higher than ManyChat Essential and lower than ManyChat Pro. ManyChat also has a free plan.

    Inventory your existing flows

    List triggers, keywords, replies, follow-gating, tags, branches, integrations, and follow-up messages. A basic keyword DM and a multi-step sales funnel are different requirements.

    Check equivalents before cancelling

    Confirm the required behavior in Wavos. Keep ManyChat for any story-specific, segmentation, routing, or multi-step workflow you have not verified in Wavos.
