1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Wavos.ai (the "Service"), operated by Wavos ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Wavos provides AI-powered tools to generate social media content, schedule and publish posts, and automate comment and direct message engagement on connected platforms such as Instagram. Features, pricing, and platform support may change over time.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Connected Platforms

When you connect a third-party account (such as Instagram) to Wavos, you authorize us to access and act on that account on your behalf, strictly to provide the features you enable (e.g., publishing posts, sending automated replies). You represent that you have the right to grant this authorization and that your use complies with the connected platform's own terms and policies. You are responsible for ensuring your automations comply with applicable platform rules, including Instagram's Platform Policy.

5. Subscription & Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the applicable fees on a recurring basis until you cancel. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated at the time of purchase. We may change pricing with advance notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in deceptive practices.
• Violate any applicable law or the policies of a connected platform.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Service.
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person.

7. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload through Wavos. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the Service. Wavos retains all rights to its own software, trademarks, and branding.

8. AI-Generated Content

Wavos uses AI models to help generate content and automate responses. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before it is published and for ensuring it is accurate, appropriate, and compliant with applicable laws and platform policies.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to Wavos, our users, or connected platforms.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that automations will always perform without interruption or that connected platforms will not change their APIs or policies in ways that affect the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wavos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
